Canoe trip - Sept 19-21, 2008

Planned departure time: Meet at SJV at 5:30 pm on Friday for a 6:00 departure.
Planned return back to SJV by 1:15 PM Sunday.
We will be camping at
Guadalupe State Park:

We
will spend Friday and Saturday night camping @ the Wagon Ford Walk-in
Tent Area. We are not floating to a new campsite. We are staying in the
same place and canoeing the Guadalupe River Saturday utilizing portage
services from the Guadalupe Canoe Livery Highway 281 @ Guadalupe River

Notes
- Bring a PFD if you have one.
- Pack a lunch that does not require cooking.
- Bring DQ $.

5:30 - Meet at SJV and load trailer
6:00 - Depart for San Marcos
8:00 - Arrive at state park
8:00 - 8:45-Unload and set-up
9:00 - PLC
10:00- Quiet time
11:00- Lights-out
Saturday
7:00 - Wake-up
7:00-7:45 - Eat breakfast
7:45 - Flags
8:00 - Get ready to go
8:15-9:30 - Game
9:30 - Productive time
10:00 - Bus picks us up
4:00 - Back at campsite
5:00 - Dinner
6:00 - Flags
6:30 - Campfire
8:00 - Freetime
10:00 - Lights-out
