Program
Time Period - Troops will be out of campsite, Adult Leaders should be
with Patrols to provide limited guidance and enjoy the program as well.
Adults found in Unit campsites will be noted if making any improvements
to the camp. Those additions will not be counted during the campsite
inspection. All improvements should be made by the youth during
non-program time periods.

Time Period – Troop Campsite Inspections – Each Troop needs to provide
one Adult to assist with Campsite Inspections - Troops will be out of
campsite, Adult Leaders should be with Patrols to provide limited
guidance and enjoy the program as well. Adults found in Unit campsites

Unit assembly, retreat/lowering of colors, turn in to staff Unit’s participation ideas for campfire.

eat, clean up from dinner, activities staff tabulates event scores and
evaluation for awards, SM time with Troops to evaluate Camporee
activity.

Campfire;
selected skits and music from items offered at flag ceremony,
presentation of awards, display of Public Service Announcements.
